Free Commuting Workshops from Auckland Transport

THIS IS A 4HR COURSE FOR ANYONE RIDING A SCOOTER OR MOTORCYCLE IN AUCKLAND CITY.
This course Is presented by Passmasters Instructors and covers these topics:
Bike Maintenance – Tips on how to look after your bike to keep it in a safe and legal condition whist saving time and money on repairs
Bus Lane riding – Which lanes motorcyclists can or can't use
Riding gear – How best to stay warm, dry and visible for your daily commute
Hazard Perception skills – Is it safe or legal to lane split or filter through traffic?
This is a theory based course so you DO NOT need to bring your bike
Regardless of your experience or skill, most riders can increase their safety on the road by taking on regular skills enhancement & roadcraft training.
For only 4 hours of your time, get some really valuable tips from the Passmasters crew on how to deal with the hazards that you being exposed to while riding around Auckland City. There courses are funded by Auckland Transport who support and promote safe riding for commuters in and around the Auckland region.
